How does the Alliance work?
By promoting dialogue amongst people who are working in autism the Alliance can promote best practice, encourage personal development and provide support to those with significant roles in the effective delivery of services.
Part of each conference programme is dedicated to seminars to increase the working knowledge of Chairs, Trustees, Directors, Chief Executives and other key personnel.
We also share information on service organisation and delivery and further meetings and seminars are planned for the exchange of information and promotion of ideas in other disciplines.
Much of the networking is of course, done informally and meeting others who are wrestling with similar problems energises and refreshes.
